Client: The Indian subsidiary of a € 20 Bn European multi-national in electrical engineering and products. The Indian company is synonymous with power management solutions for enterprise and home applications.
Assignment: Strategy workshop for senior managers and CEO as a part of their strategy formulation exercise for the 2011-13.
Project: Design, develop and conduct strategy workshop for 24 senior managers of the Company.
Services provided: Studied the business and operations of the company and interviewed a number of prospective participants to understand their business and market context. Selected appropriate strategy frameworks and models, developed a tailored one-day workshop, and facilitated them to formulate their competitive strategy for Indian sub-continent.
