Assignment: Strategy workshops for senior managers of a mid-sized engineering services company

Client:  A mid-sized engineering services company serving some of the largest global firms in the western world.

Assignment: Develop and conduct a series of strategy workshops for senior managers as a part of the Company’s leadership development programme.

Project: Design, develop and conduct workshops for nearly 100 senior managers – General Managers and above – to impart knowledge, appreciation and ability to think strategically in their work.

Services provided: Developed and conducted a two-day custom management development programme titled Developing Strategic Thinking, for seventeen senior managers of the client. The workshop exposed participants to relevant concepts of strategy specifically, segmentation and targeting, Porter’s Five Forces model and Generic Strategies, Resource Based View of the Firm, Ansoff Matrix, and Adjacencies. Engaged participants in a series of application exercises during workshop.
