Assignment: Training of high-potential, high performing senior managers on strategy of a $2 Bn Indian operations division of one of India’s largest software and technology services companies

Client:  $2 Bn Indian operations division of one of India’s largest software and technology services companies.

Assignment: Training of high-potential, high performing senior managers on strategy. 

Project: Training and development of approximately 50 high potential senior managers from the software and technology services business of the Company on strategy. Facilitate their learning and enable them to apply concepts at work as a part of leadership development initiative of the firm.

Services provided: 

  • Study of roles and responsibilities of a cross-section of managers selected to participate in the development programme. Based on the findings and inputs from Human Resources department developed the content and designed 2 one-day training programmes in workshop format.
  • Conceived and created six business projects for participants to work on in groups for 6-8 weeks after the workshops. The project briefs were written after gaining careful understanding of specific challenges and strategic initiatives of participants’ businesses  
  • Conducted two one-day workshops on strategy for nearly 50 managers. Content of the workshops was anchored in Game Theoretic concepts of Added Value and Value Net. These concepts were considered to be the most relevant for the client’s business.
  • Attended project presentations over two days and facilitated evaluation of projects.
